Immerse yourself in deep relaxation and inner stillness during this 90-minute Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath experience held in a tranquil Geodesic Dome.
Surrounded by nature and the soothing ambiance of the dome, this session combines gentle, fully supported restorative yoga postures with the healing vibrations of a live sound bath.
You’ll be guided through a series of floor-based poses using props to encourage complete release and nervous system reset. As your body softens into stillness, the sound journey begins — featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other meditative instruments designed to promote energetic balance, stress relief, and inner harmony.
This class is ideal for all levels and requires no prior yoga experience. Simply arrive, settle in, and allow your body and mind to rest, restore, and recalibrate in a uniquely calming setting.

Harmony Yoga Haliburton offers a safe and welcoming space to support and inspire people of all ages and abilities to grow, heal and explore the practice of yoga. Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Power Flow classes available. In the heart of Haliburton Village.
Practice Styles:
Vinyasa- An energetic and strengthening form of yoga where practitioners use the breath to fluidly move from one pose to the next. This class is ideal for those who are looking for a challenge.
Slow Flow Vinyasa- A slower paced flowing vinyasa practice where poses are linked to the breath to create body awareness. This slower paced flow class allows time to explore the poses while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm.
Yin-A slow and passive practice focused on lengthening the muscles surrounding the hips, pelvis, low back and shoulders. Seated and supine poses are typically held for 2 to 5 minutes to allow a release of tension in areas of the body where chronic stress can build up. You will leave feeling restored, relaxed and calm.
Hatha- This style of practice has a strong focus on alignment and poses which use awareness of body and breath to cultivate strength and balance.
Conditioning Flow- Gently flow through a series of traditional poses while adding in some dynamic strength training to increase range of motion and build stamina.
Rest and Restore - Aims to actively relax your body and mind, while moving in and out of postures slowly, mindfully and anatomically, with a focus on breath and relaxation. Rest and Restore will start with a gentle flow to warm the body then we will use props to support the physical body, and to facilitate relaxation for a balance of your mental, emotional and physical state.
