A Zoom Fascia Festival - Thursday July 8 (7:00 -8pm)
This class targets your abdominals and side body with slow, very subtle movements that are breath focused. It is a slow flow vinyasa that will be done on your back, sides and tummy and focuses on the fascia. There is a little yin thrown in for deep action! A great way to wind down and get ready for sleep on a rainy evening. By donation (e-transfer, cash or cheques).
