My client Catherin mentioned once that she loved this banner while we were in the gym doing exercises (and tbh I thought she was joking). She ended up showing me that she truly embodies this mantra by pushing herself - even when it was hard, and reminding me that age is just a number!

I will never not look at this banner and not think of her and her pursuit of physical and mental well being in the face of adversity💪🏼

Had the best time at the BGOC last weekend! Cat and Ally helped athletes and performers prepare for the show which included weightlifting and varying types of performances, all raising funds for .bryony

Pelvico respresenting at the 2025 Roweoke with teams “Goulden Gurlz” and “Absolute Kaos” . Cat and Ally had a blast (& died a little bit) but all for a great cause!
