With Summer around the corner, don't let any new or lingering lower back pain limit your activities and lifestyle.

Lower back pain can be accompanied by hip or leg pain as well as numbness or tingling.

These are common symptoms and very treatable in the majority of cases.

My patients typically only need 2-3 appointments to feel perfectly healthy again.

All appointments include treatment, advice and 2-3 exercises to help keep them in great physical health.
