“Is this class right for me”? 🧘🏻♀️👶🏼
I’ve had a few mamas pop into my DMs asking about my Baby & Me Physio Yoga class, so let’s break it down.
This isn’t your typical yoga class.
It’s a physiotherapist-led series designed to help you:
✨Reconnect with your core
✨Improve mobility in all those postpartum tight spots (think hips, back, ribs and chest)
✨Gently build strength and confidence week by week
✨ Bond with your baby and meet other moms who get it
No yoga or fitness experience needed, just bring yourself, your baby, and an open mind to move, breathe and feel good in your body again!
