Have you ever channeled guidance from a future version of you?

The other day I woke up in the morning and I was more tired than usual. I tuned into my body and was told to rest and nap. I listened this guidance even though my mind was running after productivity ✨️

In the afternoon as I was about to take a nap, I was in the in between state of consciousness when you just start to fall asleep. This is also the meditative trance state and can be quite powerful for healing & channeling ideas 🔮

In that moment, I was shown a future timeline where that future version of me started a retreat center. Now, this was just one of the many possible timelines for me as the future is never set in stone. By seeing the timelines only for a few seconds, I realized the scope of possibilities that exist of me 🌀

I share this experience with you to remind you that chanelling, quantum healing, collapsing timelines, creating a better reality is not as complicated as you might think. I was in an aligned state and my body showed me what is possible for me 🤍

When you listen to yourself and turn inward for guidance, your body shows you so much more that exists for you 🧘🏻‍♀️
