We’re excited to welcome Jamie Conrick back to Kachan Physiotherapy after her parental leave!

Jamie is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a strong background in dance and fitness, holding degrees from the University of Guelph and Glasgow Caledonian University. She brings extensive private practice experience and advanced training in orthopaedics, Clinical Pilates, GLA:D, dry needling, and falls prevention, with a special passion for supporting older adults. Her expertise in this area allows her to better serve the complex needs of older individuals and help them to improve their overall health and well-being. She is also BoneFit trained which allows her to support those with osteoporosis using the most up to date education and advanced treatment techniques.

Jamie believes a strong therapeutic alliance coupled with an active approach to treatment is key to successful injury prevention and management!

Jamie is accepting new patients starting January 5th, 2026!
