🔥 GLUTE CIRCUIT 🍑
In a lot of patients with low back, mid back or hip discomfort, I tend to see a trend of:
- over active hamstrings and hip flexors
- under active gluteals and deep core stabilizers
- breathing through the shoulders/chest and not through tummy/diaphragm

Oftentimes, activation of those under active muscles can cause a reduction in discomfort almost instantaneously, helping us formulate a plan of what muscles to target in our exercise prescription 🎯

These subsequent exercises will target specific gluteal muscles to help with the strength and endurance of our caboose 🚂
