We are I’m excited to share that we have a new physiotherapist joining our clinic family – Megan Violi.

Megan graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology (with a minor in Adapted and Therapeutic Physical Activity) from the University of Calgary. Prior to moving to Nova Scotia, she gained valuable experience working in orthopedic and neurological clinics in Calgary, Alberta.

A graduate of ICT Northumberland College and a practicing Registered Massage Therapist since 2019, Justin brings extensive experience and a results-driven approach to care. His treatments focus on deep tissue therapy with a special emphasis on neck, shoulder, and upper back conditions, tailored to support your specific needs.

Working closely with the multidisciplinary team at Citadel Physiotherapy, Justin helps patients recover from injuries, improve postural alignment, and manage pain. His sessions emphasize restoring functional movement, reducing chronic tension, and regulating the nervous system, especially valuable for those experiencing stress, fatigue, or trauma-related tension.

What sets Justin apart is his grounded, compassionate presence and ability to combine clinical precision with an intuitive understanding of the body. He’s passionate about helping people move out of pain and back into their lives with greater ease and resilience.

Welcome Greg to the Team! 🎉

We’re excited to announce that Greg joined us on May 20th as our newest physiotherapist!

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mount Allison University and a master's degree in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. With experience working in orthopedic clinics in Halifax and Kingston, Greg brings a passion for helping people of all ages stay active and healthy.

Growing up in Moncton, New Brunswick, Greg’s love for sports like basketball, volleyball, soccer, and golf inspired his career in physiotherapy. He focuses on personalized treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, dry needling, and education to help patients reach their goals.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Greg at the gym, pool, or out traveling, with hopes of visiting every continent someday!
