Spring cleaning does not have to mean next day soreness.
It is easy to get motivated and try to get everything done in one go but your body may not be ready for that sudden increase in activity.
Try breaking it up:
β’ Tackle one area at a time
β’ Set a timer and take short breaks
β’ Switch between tasks to avoid overusing the same muscles
Think of it like easing back into exercise pacing yourself can make a big difference in how you feel after.
If you notice stiffness or discomfort that sticks around, it may be time to get it checked.
