Supporting Moms—Because I’ve Been There Too! 🤰✨
Two years ago, I was navigating the incredible (and sometimes uncomfortable) journey of pregnancy myself. I experienced firsthand just how much a mama’s body changes while growing new life. 💛
That experience inspired me to dive even deeper — I’ve recently completed continuing education focused on the diagnosis and management of common musculoskeletal complaints during pregnancy, including:
🦴 Lower back and pelvic girdle pain
🤰 Round ligament discomfort
💫 Peripheral neuropathies (like carpal tunnel)
💨 Thoracic and rib pain
🌿 Tension headaches
👣 Foot and ankle pain
Pregnancy shouldn’t mean just “putting up with it.”
With the right care, movement, and support, your body can feel strong, balanced, and comfortable throughout every trimester (and beyond!).
