𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 (RAK) 𝗗𝗮𝘆 is HERE, February 17th, officially kicking off our 𝗥𝗔𝗞 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 at the clinic (since Monday was a holiday). The theme this year is 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗱!

This week, our team will be on a mission: painting kindness rocks, completing our “Secret Agents of Kindness” challenges, and spreading a little extra joy to our patients.

Today is especially meaningful as Tony would have turned 60. We remember him for the kindness he shared so effortlessly, and we’ll honour his memory with a clinic tradition: enjoying KFC for lunch, a nod to his well-known love for a bucket of chicken. 🍗

Random Acts of Kindness Day is a reminder that even the smallest gesture — a smile, a note, or a gesture— can make someone’s day.

𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 February 14–16 for the Nova Scotia Heritage Day weekend.
This year, Heritage Day honours 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘂 (1876–1966) — a lifelong public servant who championed Acadian language, education, and culture in Nova Scotia. His leadership, integrity, and deep commitment to community continue to leave a lasting legacy.

We’ll reopen with regular hours on Tuesday, February 17 - and will be celebrating 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 all week long!
