Hello and happy July!

I have just finished a 100 hour Pranassage training that means I have completed my 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program as well as I am certified for Pranassage; a deliciously relaxing one on one treatment consisting of passive yoga, and facilitated movement of prana through massage and other techniques. If you are interested in receiving the practice, let me know! It is a delight to offer….and very calming to receive. Benefits include tissue release, detoxification, and deep relaxation.
