My client came in with previous over-lightened hair, she wanted highlights, however, received an all over blonde look with all dimension gone and not happy with a harsh line of demarcation when her natural roots grew in.

soooooo… with the amazing help of we came up with this plan…

Recovered roots to match her natural brown, blended another colour of brown lowlights to mid ends to ends, and left out some of her existing blonde, toned it down to a cooler tone she was desiring. 😌

My first time doing this and was all achieved by hand no foils. 😬 trying delicately not allowing the light hair to touch the new darker tones 😳🫣🤣

So thrilled she received her dimension back and the balayage/highlights look she wanted in the first place 😅 Now her regrowth will blend perfectly with no harsh line 👍

✨ 5 inches off (yes still soooo long) and a silk press for this beauty.

✨Leaving her hair shiny, smooth, light weight and bouncy 🤩

✨Her hair is textured, naturally curly and can dry frizzy.

✨ Solution : Round Brush blowout. Straight Iron into small sections and Redken products.

✨I used Redken All United, for heat protection and to rid tangles also promoting shine. Finishing touches I used Redken Frizz dismiss at the mid ends to ends and said good bye to frizz, leaving her hair silky and sooooo soft.

✨ Tip : If hair tends to be naturally oily at roots, add frizz dismiss which is like a light oil to ONLY mid ends to ends.

✨ We loved the results. Sorry I forgot a before😔
