As we get closer to Christmas, and closer to a New Year, I will be making some small changes to the cancellation policy as well as changes to how clients pre book.

In the next few months, while life gets busier and (usually) a little more stressful, Im asking ALL clients be more aware of upcoming appointments and try to give me more than 24 hrs notice.
I do know that this isn't always possible but between now and end of 2025, it becomes increasingly more difficult for my schedule to be flexible, and I ask everyone to try and give me lots of notice!
