Happy beautiful Tuesday today. Wanted to say hello to all my new families and friends. I have been very busy with the new little babies in my life and the wonderful new families. I am sure we are all happy to see some nice weather and the covid numbers lowering and starting to find our own families and personal new ways of getting back to a new normal. Let me tell you there was a covid baby boom and I love it. So nice to see families growing and loving the outdoors. Take care and know I am available 24/7 if you need me. Xoxoxo

2021 was a crazy and unique year. I was greatful to meet many new families and assist in their journey to growing families. Although it didn’t always look the way we expected it was wonderful new memories we didn’t know we could make. To all the new littles welcomed in 2021 , here is too celebrating 1 st birthdays in 2022. The year of change and new beginnings! Take care and all stay healthy and smiling! Always remember your Doula loves ya!

Happy Monday to all my families and friends. With 2022 just around the corner there is so many new highlights to come and so many negatives to leave behind. 2021 was a long and rough year for a lot of families. I have been blessed to have so many new babies come into the world in 2021 and so many great memories with my new families. The one main lesson all newborn babies teach us is take time for yourself, listen to your body, eat healthy, get lots of rest and drink water.

Happy 2021! I know many families have had a very unexpected 2020. I have been thankful for my families health and the friendships we have made to keep a very close bubble. I have been lucky enough to work with many families in need in 2020 and helped welcome new additions to families to make 2020 a wonderful year. Expanding a family is a positive way to start a 2021 year, don’t fear the covid restrictions and what birth will look like for you in a pandemic. Know if you go in with a positive attitude , you will come out with a positive experience and meet your new bundle!
