💛 The Art of Summer Slowness 💛
This summer, I made a decision: no jam-packed schedule, no endless shuffle from camp to sports, or over-committed plans. Instead, I guarded wide-open days like a precious commodity. Days to breathe, rest, and let life unfold in the moment.
& you know what? It’s been magic. Summer tends to be something we conquer with a checklist, but it’s really something to feel in your bones, in the way the air slows you down, in the laughter of kids who suddenly have time to be bored, & in the little surprises that happen when we leave space for serendipity.

As we step into these last two weeks of summer, I'm sending you a reminder that it’s okay to pause, to do less, to let the rhythm of the season guide you. Here’s to choosing intention over overload, and savouring the sweetness of these long, golden days. ✨
