An 8-week program beginning September 11

Emily is a student and teacher of Iyengar yoga, a method that emphasizes alignment and the systematic cultivation of strength, flexibility, concentration and balance. Her involvement in a regional Iyengar yoga teacher training program over the past 4 years has allowed her to continuously develop and refine her skills as a teacher. She has also studied with senior Canadian, American and Indian Iyengar teachers and is deeply inspired by their knowledge and passion for the Iyengar method. Emily's commitment to the practice of yoga has helped her lead a balanced life and serve as a teacher who leads by example. Her mission is to always bring out the best in her students and to create a learning environment where safety and having fun are essential. Off the mat, Emily is a Registered Dietitian and works in the field of health promotion.
