We are so excited to welcome registered massage therapist Catherine Theriault!

Catherine is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. After working in a Spa for the last two years, she is excited to build her own practice at Aumbience.

Her educational background is enriched by a yoga teacher certification, courses in Thai yoga massage, myofascial cupping, hot stone massage, yogassage & traditional Hawaiian lomi lomi massage. Her approach is both intuitive and knowledge based. She seeks to offer relief and a sense of ease in the body, while also empowering you with the tools to take your health into your own hands. She values the importance of movement, strength and mobility as foundational pieces to help your body thrive.
