Created to share our passion for the ocean, nature and the practice of yoga. Whether you are an experienced yogi or paddler or have never tried either you will be able to experience and challenge yourself on the water. SUP Yoga Halifax tailors classes for all levels. No drop in classes this week while I enjoy some family time soaking up the last few days of August. Buut, summer isn’t over yet! Drop in classes will be running all September long (and maybe even October)

PLUS, we’ve added in the September Floating Sound Bath 〰️ Sunday, September 14th 5:30-7pm

Connect deeply with nature as you flow through a series of yoga poses designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, enhance your balance, and cultivate mindfulness. This class offers a unique opportunity to embrace the peacefulness of the water while challenging your body and calming your mind. Through mindful movements, breathwork, and meditation, SUP FLOW will leave you feeling centered, rejuvenated, and connected to yourself and nature.
