Lizard pose is a DEEP lunge that intensely stretches the hip flexors and groin, while opening the hips.
Using blocks or a bolster in this shape allows you to explore different physical intensities, while paying close attention to your breath.
You’ll see this Yin pose, along with MANY others in Michelle’s “Seasonal Transition” workshop on Saturday, May 2 - a two hour, steady head-to-toe Yin practice designed to release tight fascia, support joint health, and restore ease of movement after the relative stillness of winter.
