Stretch for a Stronger Spine!
Long hours at your desk can strain your back, neck, and shoulders — but a few minutes of stretching can make all the difference! 🙆‍♀️✨

Try these quick desk-friendly stretches to keep your spine healthy and your energy up:

▪️Seated spine twist: Sit tall, place a hand on the opposite knee, and gently rotate to each side.
▪️Shoulder rolls: Roll your shoulders up, back, and down to release tension.
▪️Chest opener: Interlace your fingers behind your back and lift your chest to improve posture.
▪️Stand and reach: Every hour, stand up and stretch toward the ceiling to lengthen your spine.

Just 2–3 minutes of movement every hour helps reduce stiffness, improve focus, and support a healthy spine!
