I am a passionate and caring Registered Massage Therapist with 10 years experience in the field. I can help you manage and relieve pain, tension, scar tissue restrictions, swelling, muscle knots, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, joint restriction, postural imbalances and much more. I also help aid in stress, depression and anxiety management with registered massage therapy. I have a lot of experience with pregnancy massage, MLD, trigger point release, myotonic release (also called Active Release Therapy), relaxation massage, cupping and Indian head massage. Sometimes, muscles will become very weak due to poor lymph flow/drainage. This often happens after injuries. The weakness makes the area more vulnerable to additional injury. I find lymphatic drainage technique pivotal in these situations. Dry brushing may help as well. it's a do-it-yourself form of lymphatic therapy.
