There’s a reason your voice has felt hard to access. It’s not because it isn’t powerful.

We’ve learned to stay quiet, keep the peace, and be easy to receive. That suppression doesn’t just affect how we speak, it lives in the body as tension and disconnection. Your voice returns when your body feels safe enough to let it out.

This is a guided circle where we regulate the nervous system and use drumming and sound to open expression. The rhythm helps release what’s been held, and the group creates a sense of safety that makes it easier to soften and be heard.

There’s something powerful about doing this together. What feels stuck alone starts to move. No pressure. No performance. Just space for your voice to come through.
