Come join me in an hour long restorative class where you will be completely supported by props to allow you to just relax and let go! Dress comfy and cozy and socks are suggested in this class. Start the holiday season with calm and ease!

ALL proceeds will be donated to Professor Wayne and Friends, which is a toy drive for Hamilton children. Every $30 makes sure an underprivileged child gets a christmas! 🎅 🎁

I am asking for a suggested donation of $20 for this event.

***Wednesdays at 6pm - Yoga Flow or 7:15pm - Yoga Flow with Weights!
Located at Case United Church

All 7 classes for $65! (You can also stay for both class times!)🎉

I had a moment of peace this morning with my dog in my backyard, and I noticed the leaves are changing. The trees are starting their beautiful transformation!

Reminding myself that change is, indeed, beautiful and vibrant and necessary, just as it is in nature. Dare to shake off your branches and remember that change is not the end of who you were, but the start of who you are becoming.
