✨ Power to the Pedal: 8 Weeks to Your Strongest Cycling Self ✨

If you want more power on the climbs, more control in the saddle, and more confidence on every ride, this program is built for you. Not a spin class: a full strength and conditioning system designed to make you a stronger, faster, more durable cyclist.

Each session hits the essentials: strength, plyometrics, conditioning, mobility, and recovery. All coach-led. All dialed in for real-world cycling performance. And yes, you’ll feel the difference on the road, gravel, or trail.

Program Details
Start: Tuesday, December 2, 2025
Duration: 8 weeks
Time: 6–7 PM
Location: (below Copper Kettle ☕️)
Includes: InBody scans for strength + performance tracking

Today I had the privilege of coaching Mandi through an incredible MetCon leg session… her last workout before her Birthday! Training with her is always a reminder of what real commitment looks like. She shows up curious, tough, and ready to push for better every single time. She asks questions because she wants to grow. She wants to understand. She wants to train with purpose, and she does.
