POWER TO THE PEDAL! - an 8-week strength training program designed for cyclists. Every Tuesday 6-7pm

The team showed up tonight! 💪🏽

We opened things up with a proper warm-up and mobility, then hit a full-body circuit: core, upper, and lower all built around fundamentals.

The engines are already there.
Now we’re building the chassis.

Glutes. Hamstrings. Hips. Core.
The stuff that keeps you powerful on the bike, efficient on long rides, and durable when the volume goes up.

This isn’t about smashing yourself for an hour. It’s about stacking smart work, week after week, so the power you already have actually transfers to the pedals.

I’m fired up to see where this crew is in 8 weeks and honestly, even more excited to see them next Tuesday . This is how real progress is made. 💥
