Your thoughts are always heard by the universe, and the more consistent they are; the more they will become your reality. Try not to feed into the energy of worry. Think back to a time when you were in a “worry” state, did it ever help you in any way? Did it make you feel better? Did it result in anything positive…. ever? The answer will always be No. Try to catch yourself when “worry” starts to creep in, then shift those thoughts into a challenge for yourself to find a solution, think about something that you conquered in the past, or simply flip the worry into an awareness that empowers you.
