Our studio’s taking a much deserved break ‘til Jan 6th, with the exception of booked birthday parties.

Huge shoutout to our team who keep us looking like we have it all together all the time 😅 and of course this fantastic community for all the love and support, we recognize that these times are tough on some and we are so thrilled that you’ve chosen to spend that time with us.

Thank you for seeing what we do and knowing how important it is. Thank you for staying grounded in our moments and connecting with us before, during & after classes.

Here’s to another magical year together 🪄

Last night wrapped up the R&M programming for this year and boy oh boy are our hearts and cups full. In the truest words written by the legend that is Stephan Schwartz:

A little holiday magic, the old-fashioned kind ✨🎄

We’re so excited to share The Christmas Fun Magazine - a printable packed with 36 pages of cozy, screen-free fun inspired by the children’s activity books of yore.

It’s filled with classic paper-and-pencil fun like mazes, matching games, connect-the-dots, colouring pages. You’ll also find an easy cookie recipe, some imaginative play prompts and low stimulation movie & tv suggestions! ❄️ INCLEMENT WEATHER PROTOCOL❄️

Hey friends! 👋

With winter days ahead, we want to take a moment to review our inclement weather protocols. As much as we LOVE seeing your smiling faces, safety always comes first.

Here’s the plan:

🌨 If HWDSB closes or school buses are canceled, we’ll also be closed for the day.

There’s no need to bundle up and brave slippery roads, stay cozy at home and make snowy memories instead!
Missed classes will be:
✔️Made up in another class
✔️Make up class scheduled OR
✔️ Rolled over into next term

If we need to cancel due to weather, you’ll find updates here:

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

We would like to take a moment to sincerely apologize… for absolutely ruining your expectations of what a kids’ art + music class should be.

We’re sorry that:
-Your child now drums on every surface like they’re auditioning for a world tour.
-Thunderstorms and baking cinnamon rolls have turned into spontaneous singing sessions
-What was once regular storytime has turned into a theatrical nightly performance
-Your fridge door is now a packed gallery of art with zero magnet space remaining.

But, honestly… the worst part? We also give you free, genuinely amazing coffee, and we’re pretty sure it has tricked your nervous system into believing our studio is your second home.

We apologize that our space is too comfortable, cozy enough that walking in feels like sliding into your favourite sweater. Truly, we didn’t mean to make it this relaxing.

We promise to keep filling your little ones with creativity, confidence, joyful music… and you, with good coffee.

Bringing one non-perishable item if you’re able, is a simple way to spread kindness, warmth, and nourishment right here in Hamilton. ❤️

Think: canned goods, pasta, rice, nut-free snacks, soups, shelf-stable basics — anything that can help a neighbour.
