We’ve been asked for years if we’d do a summer camp and we’ve always said the same thing: “maybe one day when we have more time, some more people on our team.” Well we are excited to announce that we can finally make your summer camp dreams come true!

This summer we’ll be running two weeks of summer camp programming for kids ages 5-10! Camp will run from 9am to 4pm and each week will be a mix of all the things you love about Rivers & Meadows, filled with lots of creative play, arts and crafts and a little bit of drama!

Kids will have the opportunity to create and experiment with a variety of art techniques, including papier mâché, clay, weaving, printing and more. Throughout the week, we’ll also head out on a special field trip, explore drama activities that spark creativity and build confidence, and make the most of summer with outdoor play, including time at the splash pad.

a bugs life sensory kit🐞🌿

This one is for the little explorers, the collectors, the bug lovers… the ones who could spend hours digging, scooping and discovering tiny worlds

Inside you’ll find:
– 1/2 cup pastina + 3.5 cups black beans for the perfect earthy base
– mini grass mat + “moss” for layering and building
– sticks, stones, foliage + mushrooms for open-ended play
– water droplet gems + confetti leaves + bugs for a little magic
– 4 large bugs + 4 realistic worms for exploring
– an observation jar + mini collection bag (with stickers inside!) for gathering treasures along the way

Designed for slow play, storytelling and getting a little bit lost in nature 🤎

Saturday of the long weekend spent with our community, decorating Easter eggs 🐣

We decoupaged, doodled with markers, and added gems to create the most beautiful little pieces. Some kids stayed immersed for over an hour🤯.

Such a lovely afternoon. Thank you to for having us, these community moments truly fill our cups ✨
