Meet & Greet Nail Trim Event 🐶 🐱 🐾
Join us on January 17th from 10am-12pm for a meet & greet nail trim event! Come by, say hello, meet your groomers, get a treat and enjoy your pets manicure! We’re so excited to see all of your furry friends and get to know all of the clients Designer Dogs has been so lucky to service! Nail Trims will be $15 plus HST (regular $20)

Exciting news! 🎉

I’m so excited (and grateful!) that Nikki trusted me with taking over Designer Dogs. This salon has been such a staple in the community for over 20 years, and I’m proud to keep it going here in beautiful Cobourg — here’s to many more years ahead!

I bring 7 years of local grooming experience, certifications through the National Cat Groomers Institute and Canadian Professional Pet Stylists, and I’m incredibly thankful to have been voted Gold Star Best Pet Groomer in the Northumberland Readers’ Choice Awards for 2023 & 2024. I can’t wait for this next chapter!

I’m beyond thrilled to announce the new owner of Designer Dogs Grooming Spa: Jess McDougal!

As my retirement commences it gives me joy to hand over the reins to this bright young woman. She’s buying a business with a 23-year history of serving this special community. The longest-running commercial grooming business in Cobourg will see more great years ahead, with a new energy!

Please welcome her warmly and look forward to the beautiful grooms she and her team will create. Her passion and compassion will impress you!

Im also very happy to say that Deb will stay on to lend her expertise to front desk wizardry and dog bathing.
