Come join us to celebrate the longest day of the year! This event will take place at - 118 Jackson Street East, where you can unwind and recharge in our peaceful space. Our skilled instructors will guide you through breathwork exercises, a sound bath experience and intuitively guided oracle card pulls and journaling to help you feel a deeper connection to oneself and our outside world. This is an open class to anyone interested in connection- we want to use this eclipse to open ourselves up to trying new things- allowing us to lean into placing new intentions into our life.

The power of sound is often underestimated, but according to renowned author Robert A. Heinlein, it's a force that can both create and destroy. From the gentle hum of a lullaby to the ear-shattering blast of a bomb, sound waves have the potential to shape our world in profound ways.

Whether we're listening to music, speaking to each other, or simply going about our daily lives, sound surrounds us constantly. It has the power to inspire us, to move us, to bring us together in joy and celebration. But it can also be used as a weapon, to inflict harm and destruction on those around us.

In recognizing the force of sound, we gain a new appreciation for its impact on our lives and the world around us. Let us use this force wisely, to create harmony and beauty, rather than discord and destruction.
