I just wanted to send you a little note to let you know you are in my thoughts. These are trying times for us all.

This new situation we are in seems so surreal. The trying times bring us all a change in routine and lifestyle

But, I would like to encourage you to look up at the sky on a clear day and night. Have you ever seen the sky so blue? More stars appear in the darkness. The tulips are peaking through the ground. Spring is still here.

Hearing the birds chirp early in the morning brings me to a place to reflect on what really matters in life. The past two weeks has brought my family closer together. During our self isolation we have spent more time cooking, going on walks and meditating together.

I no longer feel the rush of life. I take my time driving to the grocery store and waiting in line doesn't matter anymore... I have all the time in the world.

I would encourage all of you to be the "light" each and every one of you are. We all have time to love a little more. Smile at the person you see walking across the street. Love yourself and pick up that book collecting dust that you have been meaning to read.

We are all in this together and we will come out of it together.
