Hello and welcome! I thought I would introduce myself to those of you who are new to Waterdown Maternal Mental Health Services.

I am Louise Bajurny, Registered Nurse and owner of Waterdown Maternal Mental Health Services. I have been in practice for 12 years and have my certification in perinatal mental health, reiki, and emotional freedom technique. I am a mother who has experienced first-hand the challenges of living with a perinatal mood and anxiety disorder. It is my mission to provide perinatal support so that you get back to living your best life now!

My vision with launching Waterdown Maternal Mental Health Services is to provide a supportive, trauma-informed approach to care for individuals affected by perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through early intervention, screening, and proper treatment. We offer free 15-minute consult calls to confidentially ask any questions, review our services, and see how Waterdown Maternal Mental Health Services can best support you. You can book directly through our website www.waterdownmmhs.com

My goal is to change individuals' lives in ways they never imagined through evidence-based psychotherapy techniques such as interpersonal therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, which are empirically validated as effective treatments in the perinatal population for common conditions such as postpartum depression, anxiety, or OCD.

I am confident that Waterdown Maternal Mental Health Services will help you know that you are not alone, and with proper treatment you will get better.
