Class style change: our 7:30am class with on Tuesdays is changing from Vinyasa Flow to Strength + Mobility Flow.

Wake up your body with a class designed to leave you feeling strong and energized for your day!

Flow through yoga sequences while adding mobility exercises specifically targeting the hips + shoulders. Improve range of motion and functional movement while building mind-body connection 🧘‍♂️

Participants can expect a dynamic workout with a variety of weight-bearing movements such as squats, lunges, and planks. This class is a combination of yoga flows, mobility exercises, and big stretches intended to leave you feeling grounded, energized, and fluid.

Contemporary Dance with Allie on Sundays at 11:30am is for those looking for something a little different then a pop-driven cardio choreo dance class (no shade : we love that too)

In this class you will focusing on creative ways moving our bodies across the floor as well as easy-to-follow movement combinations! This class is meant to be a fun and freeing movement experience with no focus on performance.

No previous dance or movement experience necessary for this follow-along class - our main focus is to have fun and feel good 〰️

Join Move Room instructor and RMT Nisha for a two-part self-massage workshop!

In this workshop, you’ll learn effective self-myofascial release techniques using massage balls, foam rollers, and other tools. By targeting fascia - the tight connective tissue around muscles - we can reduce tension, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness.

Each workshop will start with a gentle dynamic warmup to encourage participants to notice areas of tension in their bodies. From there, participants will learn about different tools they can use for self-massage, discuss safety considerations, and learn routines targeted at specific areas of the body.

November 15’s class will be upper body focused: neck, shoulders, and back.
November 30’s class will be lower body focused: hips, glutes, legs, and feet

Come to one for $50, or both for $90. You may also buy a ticket that includes your very own set of Yoga Tune-Up balls for an additional $20!

We are so excited to have .sea.movement academy bring their FOUNDATION continuing education anatomy course to Hamilton this January!

FOUNDATION is literally the foundation of the Academy of Movement Education. It’s a 15-hour deep dive into anatomy and movement analysis. It can be used as a continuing education course for any type of movement or exercise teacher to brush up on their body knowledge.

It is also the main pre-requisite to our comprehensive teacher training program. Sometimes, it’s taken by curious movers who simply want to understand their bodies better!

What better way to keep the vibes up as the seasons shift than a dance party!!?

Zumba® with .garfunkelthecat is BACK, now two times a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:45am 💃🏻

ZumbaÂŽ is a Latin-based fitness program that has integrated rhythms from all around the world and keeps up with all the trends of music. This class will use Latin inspired music, Bollywood Bhangra, Belly Dance, Brazilian Funk/Samba, House, EDM, and more!

The instructor will visually cue movements so you will always know which direction and what move comes next! Movements are repeated and choreography is simple, with options to add layers depending on how YOU are feeling 💃 Two left feet? No problem! Uncoordinated? When it doubt, shake it out!

Zumba® is a party! And here, EVERYONE is invited. 🎉

Please wear INDOOR shoes to class if you feel like you need the ankle support 👟
