This workshop will combine prānāyām, restorative yoga, and live, atmospheric soundscapes to guide you into a state of deep rest and relaxation. Deepen your breath, reconnect with yourself, and nourish from within. Give yourself the gift of rest 🎁

We recently found out that we were once again recognized in the Hamilton Spectator Readers Choice Awards, receiving Diamond status for Pilates and Platinum for Yoga!

We do this work because we’re truly passionate, but of course it’s very lovely to receive recognition for what we do.

We are so grateful to everyone who voted for us, and for everyone who supports us by coming to class, telling your friends about us & interacting with us online.

Thank you also to our incredible roster of teachers who deliver our *Award Winning Classes* 😛
