Join Move Room instructor and RMT Nisha for a two-part self-massage workshop!
In this workshop, youâll learn effective self-myofascial release techniques using massage balls, foam rollers, and other tools. By targeting fascia - the tight connective tissue around muscles - we can reduce tension, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness.
Each workshop will start with a gentle dynamic warmup to encourage participants to notice areas of tension in their bodies. From there, participants will learn about different tools they can use for self-massage, discuss safety considerations, and learn routines targeted at specific areas of the body.
November 15âs class will be upper body focused: neck, shoulders, and back.
November 30âs class will be lower body focused: hips, glutes, legs, and feet
