Sawadee Thai Massage

Sawadee Thai Massage Thai massage or Thai yoga massage is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures.

The idea of Shen-lines alias energy-lines was first used is "Thai yoga massage". Elements of Yoga and Ayurveda from India are combined with universal energy healing principles to harmonize and balance the flow of energy throughout the body. It is performed with the client comfortably clothed (traditional thai clothing provided) on a special Thai mat or bed. Sessions usually last for at least one hour. True traditional Thai massage is 90 minutes or more. Traditional Thai massage is regarded as part of the art, science and culture of traditional Thai healthcare.
