Join Sophia, our Registered Pediatric Dietician on Saturday March 21st from 11:00am to 12:00pm for the First Bites- Introducing Solids To Your Little One workshop, designed to help you feel confident and comfortable introducing solid foods to your baby!

Whether you’re curious about purees, baby-led weaning or anything in between—this session covers the essentials. Best for parents of babies around 4-7 months.

Cost is $20 + HST per couple which you may be able to submit to your insurance as registered dietician services. Register today at mommeclinic.janeapp.com under the Classes & Workshops tab 💻 You can also give us a call to book at 905-529-5680 📞

Join us for our Song & Sign Halloween Pop Up event on October 30! Fun for little ones 4 months to 2 years old. We’ll have fun props and backdrops, music and play all while developing early language strategies. Come dressed up (or not…) and be prepared for some spooky fun.
