RPN needed for an ongoing placement as a one-on-one home care nurse. Must have experience with neurological conditions, in and out cathetarization, bowel routines and be comfortable managing fluctuating dyspagia. We request a minimum of 3 years working experience.
Days and hours are: Friday, Saturday Sunday every week 0700H-1700H. Free parking in condo underground on site.
Must be able to provide the following documents after hire:
-Recent vulnerable sector police check (6 months or less)
-TB test (recent)
-COVID vaccinations
-Flu shot 2023
-Immunization records up to date
-First aid & CPR HCP
-CNO license with no limitations to practice
-N95 mask size
-proof of eligibility to work in Canada
