🌱Resilience is when we are able bounce back from difficulties. Contrary to popular belief, resiliency is not innate but is something that can be learned and fostered. Throughout this group, in a structured group setting, we will engage in discussions, and activities relating to managing and coping with life’s stressors and highlight our strengths to better equip us to cope and adapt to challenging situations. Join us in this four-week journey to reclaiming our power.

💚 Course offered on Zoom in collaboration with Ontario Shores

💚 As young adults, we are expected to know things we are never taught. This discrepancy can be distressing and uncomfortable. Through guided activities, discussion, and reflection we will explore life skills and how to apply them in ways that are helpful for you and your needs.

In this course you will have opportunities to connect with others to form ongoing meaningful relationships.
This course has been updated based on feedback from your peers to be increasingly relevant to the current experiences of students. We welcome those who have taken this course before and newcomers alike!

💚 Students who join our courses are able to gain badge skills to place on their resume! This is in collaboration with the Recovery College and not McMaster University. Please connect with us if you’d like to learn more!
