Five hours. Seventeen clinics. 27 leaders. One room.

Yesterday, I watched our leaders walk in from every corner of our network — Co-owners, Partners, Clinic Directors,, Lead Clinicians, Regional Heads and Billing Specialists — I felt something I don’t always let myself stop to feel:

“We actually built this”.. and we built this together!
We’ve been growing fast. And fast growth creates noise if you’re not intentional. So we got intentional.

The numbers told a good story this quarter — growth across most clinics, KPIs trending up. But honestly? The most important conversation wasn’t just about the revenue and margins

It was about what’s blocking the patient & teams. Because if something is slowing down care, that’s our problem to fix, not theirs to tolerate.

We went through financials together. We had the uncomfortable conversations about real barriers. We planned for Q3.

We also rolled out something we’ve been building: a Rockstar team recognition program. Because this organization runs on people. Exceptional ones

We left that room with goals, accountability, and 27 people who showed up because they believe in what we’re building.

Q2 showed us we’re moving in the right direction.
Q3 is about raising the ceiling.

Excited doesn’t quite cover it.
