"There is a voice that does not use words."

The mind's job is to serve the impulses that come from deep within, beneath thoughts and words. When we cannot hear those whispers, the mind will move into the driver's seat so we can navigate life.

This produces a deeper anxiety and insecurity, because on some level, we know there is more that is being missed.

Where there is a mind in service to the heart there is wisdom.
