When you just wanna fall into bed, but you know what if you take five extra minutes you'll feel so much better in the morning. You'll feel better as time goes on and the bonuses: you'll look better what you put on your skin what you feed your body what you tell yourself all matters. As much as I own a wellness centre and a spa, I think they're both equally important. Do what makes you feel good if you get to look good too that's a plus miserable people don't look good.
