To help you avoid falls as you navigate the never-ending icy parking lots, sidewalks and driveways, “walk like a penguin”! As demonstrated by John, walk slowly with a wide stance, toes pointed out and your arms out to the side away from your body. Looks ridiculous as John repeatedly told me, but if it keeps you from falling, it’s worth the stares!
And, if you do fall, you know where I am!

This mother of twins’ first adjustment was here @ Malpass Family Chiropractic shortly after she was born. Fast forward to today and here she is getting her twin daughters adjusted to improve their function and quality of life with specific paediatric Activator adjustments.
