Round 2 of raking. This year I had a helper. Did he warm up with some brisk exercise before raking? Yes, if you count getting off the couch as exercise. Did he stretch his arms, wrists, back and legs before raking? Yes, if you consider reaching up to get the rake off the wall, carrying leaf bags outside and unlocking the backyard gate as stretching! Happy to have the help.
