Nature's amazing little flavor packs.

I absolutely love blueberries.
Well to be fully honest I love most berries. 😜

I have memories of picking wild blueberries in my childhood.
They were absolutely amazing!
Packed with a sweet flavor that is quite unique.

There are so amazing for your health and are so easily Incorporated into your meals.

Add them to your oats or cereal.
Add them in your smoothie.
Put them in your yogurt.
Add some to your favorites pancakes or muffins.
Or you can even add them to your salad for a sweet tone.

You can even blend them up and spread it out on toast for a healthier version of jam.

I often like to just have them on their own.

Movement is my medicine.

I wake every morning with pain in my lower back.
This cat/cow flow is extremely important for me.

It opens the spine and loosens up stiff and tight muscles.

Movement creates imbibition.
Pumping the synovial fluids into our tissues and that keeps our joins moving freely.

Also*** Movement (muscle contraction) is the only way to move lymphatic fluid in and out of the body. Lymphatic fluid is the sewage system of the body. Cleaning out the garbage.

This fruit is a nutritional power house

I would go as far as saying that it's like a scrub brunch for your arteries.

Pomegranate contain many vitamins like vitamin C, K, E and folic acid, but it's also a good source of fiber.

And best of all, it has anti-oxidant, anti-viral, anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory properties.

The top 3 health benefits I could research are:

1. Free radical protection:
This can help with an array of different things. From helping to fight off infection and building a stronger immune system.

2. Thinning of the blood:
This can help with heart issues and high blood pressure. Some studies have shown that pomegranates have helped with erectile dysfunction and have lowered LDL lipids in the blood.

3. The anti-inflammatory properties:
If you suffer from poor digestion, arthritis and/or joint inflammation, pomegranate may be able to help.

Something that has personally made a huge difference in my digestive health.

I love this article for it's focuse on the other health benefits outside of weight loss.

I have never taken on any fasting regime for fat loss.. It's just a welcomed side benefit.
I fast (intermittent or prolonged) for my health. To help the immune system and to cleans the body.
To give my digestive system a chance to rest.
