It is our pleasure to introduce the David Braley Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre located on McMaster University main campus. Our newly renovated 6000 square foot facility specializes in Sport Medicine and Orthopedics and is open to community clients for all of their rehabilitation needs. The following services are also open to all clients including those coming from the community:

David Braley Sport Medicine & Rehabilitation Centre features a strength and conditioning/return-to-play area where our therapists will work with clients to develop their strength programs using new plyometric equipment and sport specific flooring such as artificial turf and court flooring! 🏅 Welcome to the Team, Nicole Springle!

We’re excited to welcome Nicole Springle, RD, to the McMaster Sport Medicine & Rehabilitation Centre as our new sport dietitian!

With over 15 years of experience in Canada’s high-performance sport system, Nicole has helped some of the country’s top athletes reach the podium—including Olympic medalists in track cycling (Tokyo 2020 gold) and beach volleyball (Paris 2024 silver). She built the Sport Nutrition Department at the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario and served as National Lead of Sport Nutrition at Own the Podium.

Nicole specializes in strength and power sports, using evidence-based strategies to help athletes train harder, recover faster, and perform at their best. Beyond her work with athletes, she’s an avid runner, cyclist, and cook who believes great food is key to great performance.

We’re proud to have Nicole on board and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make here in our community!
