We are located downtown Hamilton on the main floor of 12 Ferguson Ave. North, between King Street East and King William Street. Our beautiful studio space is home to 2 yoga rooms for hot and regular temperature yoga, where we run a wide variety of classes 7 days a week. Our studio provides spacious change rooms with showers + full amenities for your convenience! At nearly 4,000SF, this space is so much more than a yoga studio alone! Circle Studios is a Wellness Center complete with an Creative Art Studio for events, Therapy Office offering sessions with Registered Art Therapists, Psychotherapists and Social Workers and a Treatment Room offering a variety of massage styles and energetic therapies by a talented group of professionals. Ready to take your yoga practice to new heights?
Our aerial yoga hammocks support, lift, and stretch your body for a fun, full-body workout that builds strength, balance, and confidence — no experience needed!

🧘‍♀️ Adults (14+)
Mondays, Nov 3–24 | 6:30–7:30pm | $80
Learn foundational aerial techniques and simple inversions in a relaxed, beginner-friendly environment.

🪶 Kids (Ages 6–13)
Wednesdays or Saturdays in November | from $80
Kids will flip, swing, stretch, and play — all while building coordination, confidence, and strength in the aerial hammocks.

Limited spots (only 7 hammocks per class) — advance registration required!
