When you engage in deep breathing, you:

- **Enhance Focus**: Improves clarity and concentration.
- **Promote Emotional Balance**: Helps manage anxiety and depression.

**Here are a few effective breathing techniques to try:**

1. **Diaphragmatic Breathing**
