Hip mobility is great… but mobility without control? Not so much. This video shows a few of our go-to exercises for building hip control and stability — because having large of range of motion doesn’t mean much if you can’t actually CONTROL it.Strength + stability within your available range is what protects your joints, improves performance, and keeps you moving well long term.Big movement is cool. Controlled movement is better.

When should someone see a physiatrist instead of another specialist? 🤔
In this Q&A, our physiatrist explains when physiatry may be the right fit — especially for patients dealing with:
✔️ Ongoing musculoskeletal pain
✔️ Sports or overuse injuries
✔️ Spine-related conditions
✔️ Nerve or neurological concerns
✔️ Situations where non-surgical treatment is preferred
Physiatrists focus on diagnosing and managing pain and movement conditions with an emphasis on function, rehabilitation, and conservative care — often working alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, and orthopaedic surgeons as part of a team approach.
If you’re unsure which provider is right for you, this video helps break it down.

Cold therapy can play an important role in post-injury and post-operative recovery. ❄️
The Breg, Inc. Polar Care Cube and Breg Polar Care Wave are designed to provide consistent cold therapy to help:
✔️ Reduce swelling
✔️ Manage post-operative discomfort
✔️ Support recovery after orthopaedic procedures
✔️ Improve comfort during the early healing phase
The Polar Care Wave also combines cold therapy with compression, which may further assist in controlling inflammation.
✨ Available at our clinic for both rental or purchase — making it easy to access the equipment you need, whether short-term post-op or for longer recovery support.
If you’re scheduled for surgery or managing an acute injury, speak with our team to see if cold therapy is right for you.
