As a result, you might feel sad, overwhelmed, anxious, lonely or guilty. It is important to remember that it is okay to honor those feelings.
Please be kind to yourself. We are all wired with creative ways to face our difficulties, and you have the inner strength to navigate this period. Remember to know your triggers, set necessary boundaries, say no when you need to, and seek help if necessary”
