Mindfully Made is a hands-on macramé workshop designed to nourish both creativity and mental wellbeing. Guided by Kenzie of (one of our Care & Connection Specialists), this gentle afternoon begins with a grounding meditation before flowing into the rhythmic art of knotting.
Working with our hands has a powerful calming effect, quieting the mind, easing stress, and inviting presence. You’ll learn simple macramé techniques while creating your own wall hanging to take home. No experience needed, just come as you are 🌿
