Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre is seeking a Black Health Registered Social Worker to join our team and lead culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health and addictions care for Black individuals, children, youth, and families.

This role is rooted in anti-racist, anti-oppressive practice and delivers care directly within Black communities—through mobile mental health clinics, schools, faith-based spaces, and cultural centres. You’ll support healing, resilience, and wellbeing while helping shape non-police, culturally safe mental health crisis responses.

If you are passionate about advancing health equity, addressing systemic barriers, and providing care that truly meets people where they are—we want to hear from you.

Full-Time | Permanent (1 FTE)
$64,164 – $74,000 annually
