Remember, yoga isn’t only about the poses you see on the mat. It’s also the practice of pausing, noticing, and being where your feet are. Today’s gentle reminder: try taking just one minute of awareness between meetings, while waiting in line, or during any small pause in your day.

Join Caitlin and Lyna for Restorative Yoga and Acupressure workshop and Fall into Rest with the season!

You will enjoy deep rest and comfort through several restorative poses while receiving hands on acupressure along the energy pathways of the body to encourage free flow of qi for relief and release.

Caitlin will guide you to find the most comfortable and restorative positions while Lyna will use acupressure points on your body to help connect your body to your mind to further relax your nervous system. This workshop will move you through different stages. You will end and release things that no longer serve you, you will move through and work with anything that might be stuck, and you will create space for new experiences in your life.

Immerse yourself in the blissful practice of Yin Yoga combined with the use of Hot Basalt Stones and River Rocks and Aromatherapy with 100% pure essential oils.

The stones will be gently massaged and placed on your body, allowing you to dive inwards and connect with your physical body on a deeper level. Gorica will guide you through your practice, and provide space to let your body lead the way into shapes that help release fascial traumas and restrictions.

Gentle Yin poses will be held for about 5 minutes each, giving your connective tissues an opportunity to open up with a patient and loving approach. With the use of carefully selected essential oils diffused in the room, and healing oils gently massaged on to your skin, this yin-sperience will be otherworldly!

As we come into the final week of our 30-Day Challenge, we take a moment to honor every breath, every posture, and every intention that brought us here. 🌙

Over the past few weeks, we have practiced consistency, cultivated presence, and learned to move with both grace and strength. The challenge hasn’t just been about yoga—it was about connection: to the self, to the moment, and to the community that continues to grow with every shared practice.

Before you move, pause.

Take three slow, intentional breaths. Inhale gently through your nose, exhale out the mouth — letting each exhale be a little longer than the inhale. Feel your shoulders soften. Feel your mind settle.

So often, we rush to the doing part of yoga — the poses, the flow, the movement. But the real magic begins before we move! Stillness gives your nervous system a chance to reset and your body a chance to listen.

When you breathe consciously, you remind yourself:
You don’t have to push.
You don’t have to perform.
You just have to be here, now.
🔸
So whether you’re stepping onto your mat, sitting at your desk, or waking up to a new day — start with stillness.
