If your doctor seems annoyed by your questions, that’s not your problem.

It’s theirs.

Rather, it’s the system’s.

Healthcare was built for speed. For throughput. For “here’s the plan, see you in three months.”
But chronic health? Metabolic health? That doesn’t work in a 12-minute window with zero follow-up questions allowed.

I’ll be honest: patients who show up curious and prepared are more work. Way more.

They’re also the ones who actually change their lives.

The Mediterranean Diet works.
But population research ≠ personalized care.

Because when I’m sitting across from a high-achieving woman who “knows what to eat” but still feels chaotic around food… a generic score doesn’t help.

Here’s what actually matters for appetite regulation:

• Are you eating enough protein to protect muscle and stay full?
• Enough fibre to stabilize blood sugar and gut signaling?
• Early enough in the day to work with your circadian biology?
• Drinking enough water to actually read your hunger cues?

Because real life isn’t a controlled study.

It’s missed lunches, late meetings, kids’ dinners, exhaustion, and then the moment where food feels impossible to navigate.

Most nutrition advice tells you what to eat.

Very little helps you understand what’s happening in your body when structure falls apart.

I don’t need another list of “good foods.”

I need tools that show patterns, protect muscle, support appetite regulation, and offer information without judgment, especially on the messy days.

That’s why I built a system that prioritizes clarity over compliance.

Not perfection. Orientation.

Because when a Tuesday goes sideways, you deserve insight, not shame.
